Inform your clients who use drugs (Down in particular) that Xylazine is showing up in Down samples that are being tested by FTIR. Xylazine is a central nervous system depressant that can cause drowsiness, amnesia and bring breathing and heart rate to dangerously low levels... so the risk of (fatal) overdose when combined with a respiratory depressant like Down is reasonable.
